PNG Women’s Ministry fellowship celebrates with baptism

by | Aug 25, 2023

Madang, Papua New Guinea: A women’s ministry celebration and baptism was held on Sunday, 16 July 2023. All five churches of the circuit and the Kauro preaching point were represented, with about seventy people in attendance, including pastors, youth, and schoolchildren.

The fellowship was a powerful time of worship, praise, and prayer. The women shared their testimonies of how God had been working in their lives and encouraged each other to continue growing in their faith.

After the fellowship, there was a baptism service where six women were baptized! As the ladies came up out of the water, flowers were thrown over them in celebration of their new life. Pastor Glenda Moki, Reverend Della Dorome, and DS David Dorome conducted the baptisms.

The event was a time of great joy and celebration. The women were grateful for the opportunity to come together and worship God and were excited to see what God would do next in their lives.
