Pampanga, Philippines: Philippines-Micronesia Field Office held its first NMI Leader’s Enhancement Fellowship on 4-8 August 2022. 19 NMI leaders from 12 districts in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao participated in the gathering.

Christine Mosuela, Asia-Pacific Regional NMI Coordinator shared that the goal of this fellowship is to re-introduce the NMI’s 5 Areas of Impact which as Prayer, Alabaster, World Evangelism Fund, Engaging Children and Youth, and Care and Connection. She hopes to empower the NMI leaders to advocate and promote the ministry of NMI in their districts. Christine also shared the vision and direction of the regional NMI for the next 3 to 5 years.

District NMI Presidents and their council members need to have continuing leadership training.

  • Understanding NMI better
  • Empowering NMI leaders in the field
  • Sharing best practices in Luzon, Visayas and
  • Mindanao.
  • Vision 2025
  • Fellowship
  • District NMI Leaders’ Commitment to the advancement of Missions in PMF

District Leaders were inspired by the messages given by Regional Director Dr. Mark Louw, General Superintendent Dr. David Graves, former NMI Regional Coordinators Connie Lou Aebischer and Dr. Lynn Schmidt.

Ms. Mosuela and her team are looking forward to organizing another Leader’s Enhancement Fellowship for other locations in the Asia-Pacific Region. This was a dream-come-true for Christine who had been envisioning this for the past 8 years when she first became a District NMI President.
