Asia-Pacific Region announces dedication of new joint ministry center!

by | Oct 3, 2013

Manila Philippines:  There was a palpable excitement in the air as the joint Asia-Pacific World Mission Communications (WMC-AP), Resource Center (APRC), and Nazarene Compassionate Ministries Manila (NCMM), ministry center was dedicated on the afternoon of October 2nd, 2013.

After several months of planning, calculating, configuring and re-configuring, the red ribbon was cut and a new era has begun on the Asia-Pacific Region.

The joint center, a remodel of the second floor of Owen’s Hall, located on the campus of Asia-Pacific Nazarene Theological Center (APNTS), was configured to house three separate ministries.  The three ministries are combining forces and resources to make a more strategic impact on the region.   Through the sharing of key support personnel positions, technology, and common areas such as conference rooms, reception, and kitchen, costs can be significantly reduced and the overall result is better stewardship of the World Evangelism Funds (WEF) and other mission resources that have been entrusted to us.

The Asia-Pacific Region would like to extend our sincere heart-felt gratitude to all of those who worked, dreamed, planned, paid, and most of all PRAYED for the completion of this project.

Keep your eyes on the website in the days ahead!   While the APRC and NCMM teams are in their new areas, the complexities of the recording studio and the WMC-AP remodel have taken a bit longer. The complete transition is scheduled for completion by early next week!

May the Lord be glorified as together we labor to make Christ-like disciples among the nations!
