Dr. Kafoa Muaror extends his warm greetings to everyone in the Asia-Pacific Region. He is eager to connect and serve the Lord through this new role. Dr. Muaror will begin his new assignment as regional director of the Asia-Pacific Region on 1 September 2024.
In this video, he said:
“Hello, Friends! I bring greetings from the campus of Asia-Pacific Nazarene Theological Seminary in Manila Philippines.
I want to firstly thank God for the opportunity and privilege to serve Him in this beautiful Asia-Pacific Region as your regional director. This is not a role that I have dreamt of or pursued. When Aggie and I surrendered our lives to follow Him as missionaries in the Asia-Pacific Region our goal is to go wherever he leads us.
Today I would like to sincerely acknowledge and thank Dr. Mark Louw for his tremendous leadership and dedication to serve as the regional director for this region in this last twelve years.
Mark, your love for Jesus and his people in this region is evident in so many ways. For example, there was rapid growth in membership, intentional development of emerging leaders, empowerment of women in ministry, leadership development at all levels, and many more. You have developed a solid foundation in this region for me to continue and work from. And that I will do.
I know that you will accomplish greater work in your new assignment. We thank you and will continue to pray for you and Linda as you go through the transition in the coming days and months.
Finally, I would like to seek your prayers as we also go through this transition phase. Pray that we will be united in spirit and in purpose as we seek to be a movement of God in this region. I hope to see you in the coming months as I visit your district assemblies. God bless you all and see you soon!”
Let us extend our prayers and support as he steps into this new leadership role.
