On 3-5 July 2025, Nazarene Youth International Java-Bali District held its 6th Leaders Camp at the Indra Prastha Campground in Boyolali, Central Java. Approximately 80 young leaders attended. The Leaders Camp is a special program initiated by NYI Java-Bali that happens every two years to strengthen, train, and develop leadership skills in young people in local and district churches. The program is designed specifically for emerging leaders.
This camp includes sessions on leadership, organization, ministry management, and servant leadership. Games are also included that are not only fun but also convey the meaning of leadership, including steadfastness, mutual support, sacrifice, and togetherness.
Boyolali hosted the event for the second time in 2016 and 2025. Via led the event as committee chair, collaborating with pastors and local church congregations to support the youth in developing leadership skills from an early age.
Via said, “I feel truly blessed to have participated in and been a part of the 2025 Leaders Camp. The activities not only increased my knowledge and leadership skills, but also deepened my relationship with God and fellow ministers. The atmosphere of togetherness, praise sessions, the Word, and the training provided were truly edifying and inspiring. I hope activities like this can continue to be held regularly so that more servants of God are equipped to serve with the right heart and leadership. Thank you to the entire committee for their excellent cooperation, the speakers, and all those involved.”

Praise God for His favor and blessings on the 2025 Leaders Camp. May leadership continue to grow and develop in the youth, as in 1 Timothy 4:12, “Let no one look down on you because you are young. Be an example to the believers in your speech, in your conduct, in your love, in your faithfulness, and in your purity.”
