Kudjip Nazarene Hospital Celebrates 50 Years!

by | Mar 17, 2017

Kudjip, Papua New Guinea:  The cool, damp, highlands air ripples with excitement, as people pour in from all over the area bringing gifts of fruits, vegetables, chickens and pigs among other things, for the 50th Anniversary Celebration of the Nazarene Hospital, to be held Saturday March 18th.

“This is amazing.  Churches, Schools, families & individuals bringing food as contribution towards the Nazarene Hospital’s 50th Anniversary celebration on Saturday. A family donated 2 live cows as well. All in appreciation for tremendous service provided by the Kudjip Nazarene Hospital in Jiwaka & other Highlands provinces.”

Global Nazarene Leaders as well as many former missionaries have gathered for this significant event, sharing stories of former years as well as witnessing the amazing advances in the hospital in recent years.

The week leading up to the Celebration has been filled with revival meetings each night under the big tent which have been a blessing to the packed crowd!

Please continue to pray for the work of the many dedicated Doctors, Nurses and support staff as they seek to not only heal the physical needs, but to introduce each person to the Great Physician.
