Australia New Zealand Field:   We are truly praising God for His provisions and healing touch for Pastor James (Jim) Scharn, Team Leader and Senior Pastor for the La Verne Community Church of the Nazarene,  who was injured in a fall from a ladder while serving on a Work and Witness team to Nazarene Theological College, Brisbane (NTC), on July 9th.

TEAM LEADER FROM LA VERNE COMMUNITY CHURCH INJURED DURING MISSION TRIP TO AUSTRALIA

The following report was received from the Field Strategy Coordinator:

Amazingly, Jim was discharged on Tuesday evening (July 14), and left this morning (July 16) to accompany the LaVerne, CA W&W Team to Sydney, before returning to the U.S. on Saturday.

Jim Scharn Update1Jim’s speedy recovery is nothing short of remarkable.  The first word they received at the hospital was that Jim would not be allowed to travel for six weeks.  Six DAYS later, he is on a plane to Sydney.  Who would have thought?

Our God is a God who answers prayer!  Thank you so very much for the global prayer on his behalf!
