Please continue to pray! This is Typhoon Season!

by | Aug 7, 2014

Asia-Pacific Region:  Please continue to keep our Nazarene Families here on the Asia-Pacific Region in your prayers.  This is definitely the typhoon season and as the image above shows, there is a steady stream of tropical storms and typhoons headed across the Pacific!

Typhoon HalongTyphoon Halong represents the great immediate concern.  It is currently a Category II typhoon with winds at 125 mph.  The storm is forecast to begin impacting the southern islands of Japan early Saturday morning local time.

Please commit to continue praying for Nazarenes and non-Nazarenes alike who are likely to be affected by this storm.
