Typhoon Rammasun Reaches Category IV Strength, Vietnam / China in Path!

Southeast Asia: Typhoon Rammasun has passed the Philippines leaving at least 38 dead and much destruction in its wake.  It is reported to have impacted Manila with some of the strongest winds since 2006.

Rammasun has now regrouped over the South China Sea and is currently reported to have winds in excess of 140 mph (225 kph).  It is expected to make landfall along the southeastern coast of China by 3 pm local time.
