Pastor Larry Cornett of our Guam First Church of the Nazarene sent in this report:

“We had a 7.1 mag [now reported as 6.7]. earthquake here in Guam today at 4:17 pm local time. No injuries or significant damage. It was 83 miles deep so that is why there was not much damage.  We are fine.

But I will tell you what, “It scared the liver out of us!” Reminded me of Jesus’ words about His Second Coming, “There will be famines and earthquakes in various places. All these are the beginning of birth pains.” Matt. 24:7-8.

We are praising God for this good report.
