Single (Shared Room) - By clicking this option, you agree to pay the USD $475/$499 registration fee (depending on whether you register before or after April 30) and are willing to share a room with another person. If you have a preferred roommate, please indicate the person's name in the Delegate Information Section.

Single (Private Room) - By clicking this option, you will not share a room with anyone and will pay USD $755/$780 (depending on whether you register before or after April 30).

Married Couple: - For participants bringing their family with them (spouse and children), make sure to provide all the details and special instructions (age, request for baby cot, etc) in the Delegate Information section.

- The fee for couples with children (11 years old and under – maximum of 2 children) is USD 950/$998 (depending on whether you register before or after April 30). Children 11 and under are free if they stay in the same room as their parents. The fee for each child between 12 -17 years old is USD $385 if they are in the same room as their parents. If your child is 18 years and older, they must pay the regular registration fee and complete a separate individual registration. If you want them to stay in your room, indicate your preference in the “Notes” section.

- For participants bringing their spouse with them but no kids, the registration fee is USD $950/$998.

- The couple will be responsible for childcare (daycare) during the conference.

- Participants will provide their housing and will only pay the conference fee US$325/$350 (depending on whether you register before or after April 30).

The Asia-Pacific Regional Conference is from July 23 to 27. Delegates are expected to arrive on July 23 and depart on the afternoon of July 27. Please include all dates of stay to ensure delegates will have accommodations until departure in Manila. Participants may arrive earlier than July 23rd or extend their stay beyond July 27th, but please note that any extra lodging and meals will be at your own expense. Contact your field conference coordinator if you don’t have your travel arrangement yet.
